Converting Files to Preferred Format
Open your file in Pagemaker.
Under the Paper section, place a check next to Printer's Marks and Page Information.
Click on the Options button.
Set Send Image Data to Normal.
Place a check next to Write Postscript to File.
Choose Normal for file type.
Type in a file name including the .ps file extension.
Click on the browse button to select the folder where the file will be saved.
If your order is two or more colors, click on the Color button, then click on Separation and choose the colors that were used. If your order is one color only, click on Composite and then click Print Colors in Black.
Finally, click on the Save button in the top right corner.
Open the saved file in Adobe Acrobat and create a .pdf file.
Open your file in Corel Draw.
Select File > Export.
Change Save as Type to: (Encapsulated Postscript) .EPS
Name the file and direct to the folder of choice.
Select Export.
Select the following options in the EPS Export Box:
Export text as
Curves
Include Image Header
Checked
Format
WMF
Auto Spreading
Checked
Maximum
0.02
Text
0.02
Your Corel file has been saved as an .EPS including fonts and graphics and is ready to send.
Open your file in Adobe Illustrator.
Select File > Save As.
Change Save as Type to: Illustrator .EPS
Name the file and direct to the folder of choice.
Select Save.
Select the following options in the EPS Formats Box:

7.0
Preview
8 bit Mac
Include Placed Files
Checked
Include Document Files
Checked
Include Document Fonts
Checked
Your Illustrator file has been saved as an .EPS including fonts and graphics and is ready to send.
Creating Graphics: Photoshop graphics should be created in Bitmap mode with a minimum resolution of 600 pixels/inch and saved in .TIF format with LZW compression.
Scanning Graphics: Scan graphics in Black & White Line Art mode with a minimum resolution of 600 DPI and saved in .TIF format with LZW compression.
